Internet Connectivity Limited on Comcast
Been have issue connecting to websites while connected to Comcast Wifi. When connected to my T-Mobile Hotspot I have no issues.

When using Xirrus I am packets are lost trying to ping the DNS server. No other issues.
My other devices can access webpages with the Comcast Wifi. Additionally, my PC experiences no connectivity issues when connected to my T-Mobile Hotspot through Wifi.
Lastly, the event viewer shows the following error:
