Windows 7 PC won't read my LTE wi-fi

At first, I uninstalled something like "Family Driver (i don't actually know it's name) " , and after realizing that my pc couldn't read some drives without it I restored it back using "Backup and Restore". And there it is, pc could not identify nor read the lte inserted in it. Please help me, it would mean a lot to me.
