Remote desktop connection, missing in Windows 7

Trying to connect to 2 other computers in my home, one works fine, but another one won't let me connect. When I click start, right click on computer and select properties, Remote settings, missing is the option for " Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop." Any idea why this option isn't available? All computers running Windows 7 Home Premium. They are all on "Home Group." Would appreciate any advice.

Home editions of Windows 7 do not support acting as a host for Remote Desktop. Only Professional, Ultimate, and Enterprise editions support that. Any version and edition of Windows can be a client.
