Please help finish setting my IPCam

Hello, i can't access the hd (which is rtsp) stream of my ipcam from the outside. I tried opening the port but i failed. Here's how the opening port window of my rooter looks like (with my settings in front of each line):

    Destination IP : IPCam IP

    Source IP : All

    Protocol : TCP

    Beginning Port :10555

    End Port : 10555

Destination Port : 81 (IPCam distant port)
If someothing's not clear, please ask me. Hope you can help with that, thanks..

Can you access the HD stream with IP Cam IP on TCP port 81 when you are inside the network?
I am not experienced with RTSP but wiki say: "Presented here are the basic RTSP requests. Some typical HTTP requests, like the OPTIONS request, are also available. The default transport layer port number is 554 for both TCP and UDP, the latter being rarely used for the control requests."

Once you get the ports correct, there is also the possibility that the router firewall will stop inbound requests. So try, changing firewall to low if possible or simply try with it off. And work your way up.

Actually it's in the rooter that I have to open the ports.. And I tried 554 too AFAIR. Yes I can access it locally.

Yes I understand you have to open ports on the router, that's how outside access to the LAN works.

Checking Internet some more, I get more references to port 554 (see https://www.angelcam.com/faq for example).
Try "Port Forwarding" on your router: TCP port 554 to 554 of your IP Camera IP?
