I hope this stops my random stall/crash browser cycle..
Or use this method, but either way i would use a seperate profile.Installing Firefox 3.5b or Minefield while keeping Firefox 3 • mozillaZine Forums
I'm not sure about that, though I do know that you can install FF (stable/beta/RC) along with Minefield (the nightly trunk builds) as two separate browsers.
Of course Minefield isn't nearly as secure or perfected, but people on a forum using leaked Windows 7 builds aren't looking for perfected software are they?
Just installing it accepting the default options worked just fine (it puts it in a beta folder).
The real problem is with the RC itself. Cant tear off tabs (unless that's because I made TabMixPlus work with it) for a start, and it feels a bit sluggish. But hardly looked at it, certainly its hardly going to set the world on fire.
Pity it doesn't support the Win 7 taskbar features.
try the dev build of tab mix plus,
Tab Mix Plus Dev-Build 0.3.7.4pre.090516
Sure you can, the details were in the link i gave.
