Can we please be careful here? We had similar discussions about Norton over at Vista Forums last year, some of which got quite heated. I wouldn't like to see the same being repeated over here.
I am with the once bitten twice shy crowd when it comes to anything Symantec . When i was a noob i installed Norton Systemworks 2002.
Unfortunately i had no idea how to reinstall an operating system and had to pay to get it done .
Salesmen have always liked to steer people away from free AV's and onto Norton with words like "you only get what you pay for " . They don't mention the massive profit margin or kickback every time the victim renews their subscription .
May they rot in hell : )
I use Norton SystemWorks Premiere. I like it. Works great for me.
