Burn the PW CD at 4x speed using ImgBurn.

Do you have a Win7 DVD? You'll need it to boot into the Repair console on 2nd screen to run Startup Repair.

Or burn a Repair CD: System Repair Disc - Create

I have a windows 7 DVD, it goes to a screen that tells me to install or repair, I hit repair and it goes back to the system recovery options again. It says I can use a system image? How would I go about repairing through a system image?

You'd have to have a System Image file stored for it to use to reimage your HD: Backup Complete Computer - Create an Image Backup

Is it discovering an installation to repair in the window where you make those choices, just after you choose Repair My Computer?

Tick the other radio button to go to the Recovery Tools menu and select Startup Repair, run up to 3 separate times with reboots. If it fails, make sure Win7 partitition or 100mb System Reserved partition (if you have it) are marked Active, then run Startup Repair again x3.
