Windows 7 Home Edition 64-bit

Once you disable Hibernate/Sleep it's gone forever..? I didn't expect that..sigh..thanks much, getting rid of it now

What do you mean? You can always enable it again when the need arises..

No it doesn't defrag while you are using the computer. IT only runs when the system is idled. When you are not doing anything.
