sfc /scannow can't fix

I'm sorry if I posted this on a wrong part of the forum. I've ran sfc /scannow on Admin's mode in CMD. All it shows is this:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

In addition, you may need to run the SFC check more than once.

Hello Xplicit,

In addition, please see the NOTE at the bottom of Option One and the TIP in Option two in the tutorial below if running SFC again does not help.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Hope this helps,
Shawn

I've used the HD Diagnostic tools and the Chkdsk via ABO.
HD Diagnostics tools shows that the test passed.
Chkdsk via ABO shows that the Disk has no bad files.

@Brink I will do that after I come back from school.

Thanks, your help would be appreciated.

I ran SFC /scannow again but at the first percent it shows the "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log"

@Brink I don't know when was the time/day when the bad file occurred. & I don't really know how to check what system file is missing.

Xplicit,

Doing OPTION TWO at the same link below will place a sfcdetails.txt file on your desktop showing you the results of the SFC scan. In it, it will also show the files that it could not fix. If you like, you can upload and attach the sfcdetails.txtfor us to look at and help you with it.

Just a question, but do you have an AMD (ATI) video card and did you recently update to the Catalyst 10.12 driver?

Can't run Sfc /scannow
Strangest thing. On my windows 7 Pro (32-bit) desktop I am getting a c0000001 error at boot with no indication of which file is causing the problem. I boot to the OS disc and try to run Sfc /scannow and it tells me there is a repair pending. I looked in the winsxs folder but there isn't a...

Need sfc /scannow Help
So I love the sfc /scannow command, but usually when I run it on a computer, it will say it found errors but couldn't fix them, probably because the computer is using them. So I tried on one computer to boot into the recovery console and run the command, but it just says a repair is already pending...
