My normal order of operations is to check software causes first, and if that doesn't work, run hardware diagnostics. That seems like the best plan for this BSOD too.
Start by uninstalling Daemon Tools; when that is done, remove SPTD with this tool: http://www.duplexsecure.com/download...t-v174-x86.exe
If that doesn't help, run driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
