I don't understand. We already told you that you just needed to install the latest drivers for your tuner card. All you needed to do is find out what brand and model the tuner card is do that you could either download them, or post what it is here for us to help you find the driver for it. Since you do not remember, you'll probably need to pull the card out to see.

up further inspection i do not have a tuner card at all what i have is this http://pctheater.ca/products_detail/...part/fp002.pdf its the only extra card i haveI don't understand. From what little I can find on that card, it shows that it doesn't have drivers for it, so I suppose that it's just using generic drivers included in Windows 7.
If you are not having any issues with it, then there really is no reason to worry about it. :)
im just worried about the sfc not being able to be 100 percent i know that it will and could lead to system issues in the future so it has to be something else
The risk of causing issues trying to manually replace the xchalVx64.sys file with a new copy from your installation disc using the tutorial below are much greater than letting it be if you are not having issues with it. I would strongly recommend that you create a restore point before doing this in case you may need to do a system restore to undo any mistake that may be made.
If you really must, then search your C: (Windows 7) drive for all locations that the xchalVx64.sys file is located. Next, use the tutorial above to extract a new copy of the xchalVx64.sys file from your installation disc at the same location on the installation disc. Next, follow the yellow TIP box at the bottom of the tutorial above to replace the copies of the xchalVx64.sys file on your computer with the ones that you extracted from the installation disc.

replaced and doing sfc scan check now
