Turning Multiple Windows Services On through a singe patch file.

    Hi Everyone,

I am an IT guy in my company and we have to provide VPN services to our users. To complete the task I have to switch on a few services like Remote Access Auto Connection Manager, Remote Access Connection Manager and other such services. Now switching them on two to three systems would be fine but completing the task on 30+ users, where multiple users are in different locations is not possible.
So i was thinking if there is a workaround like creating and .exe file or a patch, which when run the services would start automatically and i don't have to go on each and every system to switch them on.
    Waiting for a quick response.
    Thanks for your help.

    BR.

Hello BR., and welcome to Seven Forums.

If you like, you could create a .bat file and use the "Net Start" command line like in step 3 in OPTION TWO of the tutorial below for each service you wanted to start. Running the .bat file as administrator will then start the services.

    Services - Start or Disable

    Hope this helps, :)
