100% disk usage, super slow PC.
Very slow booting.
Sometimes it freezes.
What is going on?

if you can get in run a scan with your anti virus, also check your task manager to see what is using the most memory

your computer needs space on your Hard drive to run programs, if you fill that space up, your computer slows down, till it has no space to run, what you need to do is delete things like video's, pictures you don't need, programs you don't use, then run a Disk cleanup, and defragment to sort the files out, inside your computer, this will free space up, and speed your computer up. you can find these programs in Start/All programs/Accessories/system tools/Disk cleanup - Disk Defragmentor.

Dizzy may have a valid point, how much free space you have on your drives, especially C? Post a screenshot of Disk Management as described in the tutorial Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image.
