Windows Help and Support window constantly popping up

Hello,

The Windows Help and Support window keeps popping up, for no identifiable reason. This has been happening for about a week. I've tried two different restore points, Avast and Malwarebytes scans, all to no avail. Other solutions I've found on the internet have not helped. I've uninstalled recently installed programs, no change. Please advise.

You could try Troubleshooting. To do that open Control Panel, select Action Centre & then click on Troubleshooting & see what it fixes.

The key itself can have a problem and is launching it for you.
