    Hi,

I've didn't have the time to read all the thread but there's something I'm concerned about this memory test. I'm actually running OCZ PC 8500 5-6-6-18. As I never got it to 1066mhz and it always shows under PC2 6400 800, I set the setting in auto into the bios. Now, I get different results in the test. The first time it was around 5.2k and sometimes I get like 6.7. ANy idea why?

No but you should match the voltage and timings to what OCZ website says for your memory.

OCZ typically needs a higher VDIMM (voltage) to run well.

If you have this, set it to 2.1v. http://www.ocztechnology.com/product...b_dual_channel

For overclocking, you can go to 2.15v safely.

I did match voltage and timing but no success really, CPU-Z show this and everest too. I've google'ed around and it seems my mobo isn't compatible with these rams. Using EP43. Not quiet sure, though.

If I can't reach the indicated setting when changing the voltage and timing, should I leave it to auto or leave it as it?

Which motherboard? There's probably some setting to adjust to get full speed rating of ram instead of underclocking it like it seems to be now.

    EP-43-UD3L is the mobo.

PS: Is there any others softwares than CPU-Z & Everest to watch the memory?

Give this a read: OCZ Forum - Announcements in Forum : Memory Product Support Archive (Read Only)

As torrentgsuggested you need to up the voltage to get the performance you want.

    Post your results :]

I forgot to mention that my fsb is at 240*12.5, which is 20% OC from a E5200 @ 2.5. I wonder if there's something I could change there.
