CCleaner startup programs
so i was disabling programs... does ccleaner disable the program from starting up in all accounts or only on the account i disabled them on?

I can't answer the OP as I only have one account but I would think that it would only disable from the account you are logged in as (???)
@Lemur...I have used the registry cleaner for years without incident so your advice is not well founded. Many others have also had no problems with it also.

It's to my knowledge that the CCleaner application will only disable objects located in the HKCU (Current User hive). I hope that answers your question. Best of luck.

Agreed, his advice is not very well founded. He has have not used a registry cleaner on Win 7 for years. Win 7 does not need a registry cleaner. It maintains the registry very efficiently. here is some reading for you.
