You list Paint.Net as an enhanced Paint program. (Like MS Paint)
    I take issue with this.

Your readers may not be tempted to try it based on so simple a description. The truth is this program started development off as an enhanced MS Paint replacement but has grown to become so much more.

More correctly, Paint.Net is the Open Source version of Adobie's Photoshop - a $700.00 program. Paint.Net can do most everything this $700.00 Photoshop program can do.

Paint.Net is used world wide by serious graphics designers.

More than just a simple paint program, if you need a free Photoshop alternative for 64 bit Windows 7, Paint.Net is the one to get.

Sandboxie isn't freeware. Pops up after 30 days and asks you to register. Sandboxie - Register Sandboxie

I have changed the wording quoting what they have said on their own website. I would however disagree with your comparison with photoshop.

Same, but is probably the best free image editing software.

Your description for Paint.Net is now much better. I compared it to Photoshop because I have heard a lot of people compare it's wide array of features with Photoshop.. especally if you get all the free plugins for it.

For Free 64 bit I think it's the closest you can get. There is a program called Gimp people like too that's like Photoshop and very popular but I don't think it comes in 64 bit.

It does come in 64 bit. It's listed, and is at the bottom of the page from the link.
