Comodo: Download Comodo Antivirus
One of the better free internet security programs. Total download to update after installing is around 108Mb so be ready to wait a while.

An interesting thing to note is that any .net application that is compiled with the default settings(almost all), will run as a native 64bit app, as they are compiled at runtime.

2 questions:

What program can I use in Windows 7 x64 to delete files securely?
When I had XP, I used to use a program called Clean Disk Security. But that program apparently is not compatible with W7.

What program can I use to view .flv videos?

For deletion try Eraser, or Glary Utilities to wipe the free space on your hard disk. For .flv get Media Player Classic Home Cinema x64.
