Okay I have attached the PML file (zipped)..sorry about bad link
From this, it looks like the last thing IW.exe is attempting to before it fails is to look up and load an Adobe plugin from C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 9.0\Acrobat\plug_ins\Capture3D after the .dll C:\Windows\SysWOW64\acaptuser32.dll loads. It finds the registry location, but apparently the load of that particular .dll fails. I'm guessing whatever it was doing with the Adobe Plugin directory causes it (it never attempts to load any files from that location).
Are you sure the installation of the Acrobat 9.0 install is correct on this machine? It could be, but it's where I'd start looking.
Thanks for looking at file..I believe that my installation of adobe 9 is correct but how would I know otherwise? I could delete it and reinstall..There may have been a recent update...
Should I try to do a repair installation first for acrobat 9? before a complete reinstallation?
REinstall did not work..But I am having problems with other things.. microsoft update will not work Code 80072F8F wondering if I have a virus.. I have Norton 360 on this machine..
Okay It has been figuted out.. The time on this computer was off by a year..that disabled the ability to make windows updates and caused havoc with the download..All solved thanks for you efforts!!
