In windows live movie maker not support in .TP and cannot publish to Windows Media HD 1080p 7.8 Mbps.
Please help me,

I need to publish file like this picture.

But is the same,I can't publish file to Windows Media HD 1080p 7.8 Mbps

This is very strange. Why would HD work in Vista and not in Win7. There is really no reason. Are you running Win7 on the same system where you used to run Vista when it worked the way you wanted?
BTW: Your English is fine. I understood every word.

i have the same problem with HD profiles not showing up :(
I regsitered the .dll files like in ur link but no change
