What program can help speed up this tedious task?

Hi,

I'm working on a program called "Alignment Editor" in which I have to place English paragraphs in cells (similar to Excel cells) and their corresponding French translations in the corresponding left cells so that each row has its own english sentence (on the right) and the corresponding French sentence (to the left).

The problem is that I want to speed up the tedious and boring copying process from the source documents so I want a clipboard manager that can take several items from e.g. the French document so that I paste them one by one, in the order I copied them in, in their correct cells without me having to switch crazily between Microsoft Word (which has the sentences I'm copying from) and "Alignment Editor" which I'm pasting in.

Thanks in advance

A starting point

A Google search for 'win7 super clip' has 410,000 hits. Looking an extra link deep from a promising one got me to Clipboard Magic Free Download | Windows Clipboard Archiving Software for Clipboard Magic 5.02. I've never tried it, but it looks close to what you are after. If not, there are MANY more to try on that search!

I have scoured the internet but can't...
