Should I remove shockwave from my programs.

I have already used the flash uninstaller but I noticed shockwave is still residing in my programs. Should I remove it too? Would there be any downside to removing it?

If you wish to remove Shockwave, I would suggest reinstalling the original program.

Then use Revo Uninstaller to remove the original program and its remnants.

The program is no longer available for download from Adobe. So how can i find a reputable site to get it?

Take a look at softpedia . The download link is still there, however I am unsure if it is broken.

The link at CNET is broken (diverts to an EOL Adobe page) .
