while on desktop, system part deleted by...

Greetings, An abnormal event happened to me, I'm looking for an idea.

    detail>

The previous day, when I was on the desktop, I looked at bitdefender when I saw the distortion in the taskbar, I saw that the license period was over. I continued by restarting the explorer.exe.

When I uninstall bitdefender and start installing avira prime, it asked to reboot, I did it, while continuing to install it asked for reset again, I did it again, I looked it repeats

I applied their installation solutions, but they did not change, so I gave up.

I installed fsecure. while continuing with it today I saw that the avi has stopped when I open the pc. There are avira and software update in add program and uninstall.

it does not uninstall avira due to and so sofwate update required .msi install cd for software update.

There was wisecare365. I installed the uninstall module and removed them with the option to remove them forcibly ..

    main problem>

Then I saw wisecare turned to English, I had the general scan on wisecare, while examining the results, I saw that personal files were deleted from desktop icons.

    Then I saw deviations in the taskbar. When I tried to double click on "my computer" icon, it gave an error. I tried to restart;

On the boot screen, bootmgr was missing ctrl + alt + delete error.

When I looked at the browse files on windows 7 the recovery screen, I saw that my 111gb ssd was almost full and 104gb was empty.

    detail>

In the system, the 3 hdd 2 usb in full condition, nothing happened to them.

as if the inside of the c was selected and commanded to delete ...

Another problem with wisecarele was memory running out. I uninstalled the folderhider module when I found it bloated.

but wisecare was the no-problem program I have been using for a long time.

    Now; How can this be?

Who's the guilty here? wisecare module? Is it a hacker? fsecure? avira?

If there is an event log file that records all transactions in the session, where is it?

I'm in a madness phase. I'm trying data recovery, although the main folder file paths are templates, most of the files don't work.

To be honest with you, I don't know how anyone would completely understand what you're talking about. In general, it looks like you should dump Wise Care and reinstall Windows. Maybe my responding will grab someone else's attention to your questions.

The problem could be that we do not know how long the system was left unprotected, after the Bitdefender license expired.

The next problem could be the way that all the Antivirus programs were uninstalled. Normally, you should use the uninstaller that the AV manufacturer provides.

I do not know anything about Wise Care. If you have bought their product, then I would suggest you use their customer support. That support might help determine what went wrong for you.

The problem now, according to you, is that you do not have a bootloader. I would make that a separate question, if you cannot get past the BIOS screen.

For peace of mind, use another computer to retrieve your personal files from disk, and perhaps follow @wither 2's advice.

Are you saying you have 2 Anti-Virus programs installed?
Having more that 1 Anti-Virus installed is not a recommended practice, in my opinion. They can conflict with each other and cause problems.

Why do you use Wise Care? We don't recommend any 3rd party cleaners. Microsoft's Disk Cleanup is more than adequate for removing junk. There are extend versions that you can run from Administrative Command Prompt. I have a couple batch files on my OneDrive that you may download if you wish. You can open and look at the simple code with notepad or as I use notepad++
Disk Cleanup Extended, LowDisk & VeryLowDisk.zip

Disk cleanup lowdisk, runs and has several prompts, drive, checkbox choices checked by default, however, you can uncheck what you wish.

    Disk cleanup verylowdisk
, runs with minimal prompts, all checkboxes that are in lowdisk are checked by default and there is no prompt.

Here's Sevenforums dissertation on DCE, personally, I don't use it.

As suggested by iko22, it is prudent to use the applications dedicated uninstaller. I would also recommend that you do that through Revo Uninstaller free, it removes remnants that the uninstallers leave behind.

Have you scanned your system for malware? Excellent free programs!
    Malwarebytes anti-malware free
    AdwCleaner - ToolsLib
    TDSSKiller (rootkit Scanner)
    SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition
HitmanPro you can run trial version, the uninstall with Revo and it removes trial version cookies. You can reuse trial version again if you wish.

If you continue to have issues you could Repair Install, replaces Windows7 & retain all your files and programs. Pretty simple, I do them on a relatively regular basis. I have Win7x64 SP1 ISO & extracted folder if you may need it.

    thanks for answers ..
my this os system was 5 years old. In fact, I have never encountered such a problem in my 20-year pc life. I have used a lot of security software until today and i was using wisecare since 2 years.
now I switched to windows 10 with this excuse.
    @wither 2
Since I could not determine the cause of the problem, I wrote it chronologically starting from the events I saw abnormal.

    @ iko22
not much time has passed. maybe 2 days ...
The problem with the bend was that it could not be loaded properly, when the result failed, i gave up avira. It also caused problems during the removal phase. I tried the avi's removal suggestions.
How do I perform a manual reinstallation of my Avira product? – Official Avira Support | Knowledgebase & Customer Support | Avira

I installed fsecure assuming the avi has been removed. but the next day when I turned on the computer, I saw that the installation software of the avi was running again. After the forced removal with wisecare and the collapse of the system ...
I wrote to wisecare, no answer.
There is no such thing as a system. it's not about the bootlader. 100GB was deleted.
    I reinstalled the system. @Snick
not exactly. Maybe while fsecure was fully installed, the installation software of avi was trying to install avira.
I was using wisecare because it is very practical. It had many functions.
windows removal was insufficient because it was leaving residue. But now I am not using it on my new system because I suspect it.
Although I have read about avira who have similar uninstall problems on the internet, but I do not know which one originated from ...

If you were having issues with Windows 7 you could have performed a Repair Install. It replaces Windows 7 with a fresh copy of the OS, minus updates & retains all you installed programs, files, folders etc.
Here's an excellent video by Brian, Britec Computers UK.

We recommend removing programs through their specific uninstaller through Revo Uninstaller.
Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Uninstall Programs - Sevenforums

When you run Revo, you see the installed programs, in either list or icon view, whichever you choose in view. Revo, by default creates a restore point and registry backup, which you can disable in options if you wish, then provides you three levels to run Revo in. I always use advanced being that I backup my system with AOMEI Backupper, full disk image to external hard drive. Pro version allows you to install through Revo, traces and saves the entire install process.

Avira is bloated hard on resources, scans run very slow & as you have determined, hard to uninstall.
You could, if you wish, reinstall Avira then uninstall it through Revo, then Revo Advanced uninstall.
Bitdefender free is light on resources and highly rated.
Personally, I have or use these free programs
