You'll only see the option to not install Google if you do a clean install of CCleaner.
If you are updating or installing over an already installed CCleaner, then you won't see it. :)
I always download the portable versions of everything when it has a choice. Just unzipping and no install makes sure that there is no hidden thing trying to sneak into your computer. But as soon as you enter your admin password into the UAC prompt, you're doomed
BTW, the portable version is generally MUCH better and lighter than the installer, nothing gets in the registry and the whole thing in a single folder, with NO extra crapware.
I download from Piriform site and uncheck all except create a short cut, which is the top/first one. The rest I uncheck.
