    locking volume

I have a logitech g110 keyboard, and I was wondering if there was any way to keep the volume wheel from changing the volume in windows, or if there is any way to lock the volume level in windows. Any help would be appreciated.

Intriguing situation. You would think there would be a registry edit to do this, but if there is it's obscure. I don't have that keyboard, so can't try anything, but if it were me I'd try a workaround:
    1. Black tape over the roller wheel to stop it being moved inadvertently. (Free and quick)
    2. Reassign the volume wheel to an autohotkey that does something else or nothing. I only bring this up as I've done this successfully with extraneous mouse buttons. It can be a bit of a mission, and you have to be willing to delve right into autohotkey.
    3. Get VolumeLock 2.2 You get a 14 day trial then have to buy it, but it does what you want, I tried it.
