Not sure I understand what you're trying to accomplish. Malwarebytes and Spybot are two separate programs and are independent of each other. It's like asking, "How do I combine Microsoft's Windows 7 with Apple's OS X Mountain Lion?"

Are you trying to get each of them to run separate scans at different times?
