Downloader programs for Windows 7 are harder to find. Any references, please?

Hello,
I have sought for months for a "new" downloader program for my videos that will support Windows 7 and my Brave browser.
Of course, the critics will rise up and lecture me for my antiquated practices, but I may know a few things they will never know.

Is there anyone who has a video downloader program (MP4, AVI, MP3, etc.)? I have a video converter, so I am not worried about
being able to utilize it. These companies who offer video downloaders are not available for communication anymore, and that is
not right, but I will have to work around that.

The last one I used for several years was 4K Downloader. Now it will not download; even from Rumble.
