    Virus that couldn't to autostart

I showed screenshots (1,2,3) to my friend, he said that is a virus that could not join the autostart. He said clean you'r cache/cookies/history in browser(Google Chrome), use Ccleaner and then try to run windows in safe mode with out launching LAN drivers, and scan computer any antivirus program that I have: Dr. Web Cure It!, Avira Free.
Problem was steel there, then i go to russian forum and asked for help there. I've done lots and lots of scans with AVZ, HiJackThis, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, RSIT, SITLog. And i steel have all that logs if you need it, i can attach him to next massage. Also i was turned off all addons in my browser. So i think that's all. Please help me! D:
This is the third day i try to resolve this proble. Thank you.

Download CKScanner by askey127 from HERE
Important - Save it to your desktop.

Doubleclick CKScanner.exe and click Search For Files.
After a very short time, when the cursor hourglass disappears, click Save List To File.

A message box will verify the file saved.
Double-click the CKFiles.txt icon on your desktop and copy/paste the contents in your next reply.
