    Hi,
You can move on to the other 3 steps by using the recommended scanners,
    Or see this,
Review Jacee’s instructions to run Adwcleaner here post #7,
Ignore the title of the thread,
    Instant Savings App
On the BleepingComputer site use the button that looks like this,

You can use these free tools to see if they find anything,
Manually Update them before running full scans,
Try not to use your computer while the scans are running, (one at a time of course).
See this tutorial on how to download and run Malwarebytes,
    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free

Also use the Custom scan option not the Threat scan,
Please Do Not clean/ Delete or Remove Any detections before posting the scan results first before review especially Malwarebytes,
Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware Detection & Removal Software

SAS is safe to remove anything it finds
SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!

This one is the longest up to 4 hours, the others are only about 45 minutes,
Microsoft Safety Scanner - Free Virus Scan with the Microsoft Safety Scanner

    Hi ThrashZone

Noted. Should i do all the steps (download SAS and Microsoft Safety Scanner), or just step by step, like run Adwcleaner and Malware? And i'm sorry i've run MBAM first before i checked this thread and again, it come with 0 Malware but it has 1 PUP detected -> PUP.Optional.Conduit.A, the type is FILE and it located in C:\Users\Maria\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ihkzovo3.default\prefs.j. Which since i havent read this thread, i've removed it to Quarantine... and just now i read your instruction... Sorry..

I'll do the steps.. but again.. should i do all the steps, or just run Adwcleaner and MBAM first and post the result? and can i know what is PUP.Optional.Conduit.A? is it dangerous to my sistem or since i often connect my laptop to Eksternal HDD, will it harm it too (aka infected it)? or since it came from Mozilla will it threaten my web surfing? Sorry, paranoid here since i did alot of internet banking transaction with this laptop.

    Thank you.

update : just now, after i installed Adwcleaner (hasnt run it yet just installed it into my desktop), then i rewatched an old movie file using MPC when suddenly a blue screen appear. The 1st time i saw Blue Screen was 2 years ago (2013).I didnt do anything/installed anything else. was just run MBAM before and installed Adwcleaner.. Searched for windows site help, and it said i need to check hard disk errors and run Windows Diagnostic Memory, Run Windows Diagnostic Memory and it said "No memory Errors Were detected". I still cant do check disk.. so still failed on to check hard disk for errors. Ok, it happened again 5 minutes go.. while i was browsing thru some websites about blue screen, it happened again...short version it shows these infos :

BAD_POOL_HEADER, the caused seems caused by ntkrnlpa.exe,
    *** STOP: 0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0x873261f8, 0x87326208, 0x0802000d)
    *** ntkrnlpa.exe - Address 0x831731b6 base at 0x83054000 DateStamp 0x4a5bc007

any idea how this happened? since it happened after i saved Adwcleaner, could it be the caused? thx u.
