Alternative methods for removing HitmanPro log files?
Hello all,
I hope that this message finds everyone well.
It has been a while since I've been here (probably since May 2016 or so). In any case, I have a quick question for any of you that are familiar with HitmanPro. Is there an alternative method for removing HitmanPro log files? I have several on both of my systems right now (I will give the system specs for both computers in a moment) and the only way that I have found how to remove them is through the HitmanPro program itself (by clicking on Settings, History and then Logs). However, it is quite a tedious process as they force you to click on each log file (one by one) and then click the "Remove" button, which takes forever if you have a couple of years worth of log files to go through...which is the boat that I am currently in now. Moreover, I also tried looking through Windows Explorer (including use of the search utility) to no avail.
Here are my system specs for both computers:
System #1:
Manufacturer and Model: Dell XPS 8700
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
Intel i7 processor
16GB RAM
1TB Hard Drive
System #2:
Manufacturer and Model: Dell Inspiron 15 3542 laptop
OS: Windows 10 Professional
Intel i5 processor
8GB RAM
1TB Hard Drive
However, there is one piece of information that I obtained out of all this. The last time I ran a HitmanPro scan, I noticed that the log files were located under "C:ProgramData\HitmanPro\Logs\Temp" I noticed this on my Windows 7 system, but it could possibly be under a different location for my Windows 10 laptop.
With that being said, your thoughts on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance! :)
