Edit Note: Try the system restore first. If that doesn't solve the problem let's see a log. If you elect to run Malwarebytes first, do a Quick Scan in normal mode, not safe mode.
If that doesn't work, please do the following:
Let's take a look at what is on your computer to determine whether we can advise you further with your problem. To do so, I will need to see a couple of logs. If you do not have HijackThis installed on your computer, please allow RSIT to download and install it.
- Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
- Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
- Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
- Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)
