0000001A and HDD broken???

Hi everybody i have a question. I had a bluescreen which said something like that: System fail storage error.
After restarting it said: On the pendrive is no os system installed.Pls remove and reboot. Does this mean that the HDD is broken or something else???
My specs are:
GPU:GTX 570
CPU:amd fx 8120
HDD1: WD 1 TB green caviar = Boot drive
HDD2: WD 3 TB green =secondary drive
RAM:2x4 GB Geil
MOBO: GIGABYTE 990XA-UD3

But how can I understand you cannot boot anymore?

Do two things; obviously after removing the secondery HDD and with the OS containing HDD connected only.

WD does not have any bootable disc check utility. Run Seatools for DOS: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/313457-seatools-dos-windows-how-use.html
