0X0000007f error code

Looking for some help with my setup. Been getting these 0x0000007f error codes. some steps that I have already gone through: RMA'ed the motherboard once, RAM once, still didnt work so I bought new RAM went from OCZ3p16004gk to current OCZ3P1333LVAM4GK and I still have the 1600 Ram. Still having the problem. Been trying different speeds on the RAM, still has problems but lasts longest on 800Mhz. Bios from asus is at version 2304 but will update that to the current 3004 tonight. This error USUALLY only happens when I start gaming, say for instance Supreme Commander, but has happened other times, just more often gaming. In addition to the Minidump files I will also attach print screen photos (jpg) of AMD Overdrive with the board settings and all that information. Let me know what other Information you would need. Please help because this is driving me up a wall...

Usual causes: Memory corruption, Hardware (memory in particular), Installing a faulty or mismatched hardware (especially memory) or a failure after installing it, Device drivers, SCSI/network/BIOS updates needed, Improperly seated cards, Incompatible storage devices, Overclocking, Virus scanner, Backup tool, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack


I would download memtestx86 and run for at least 5 passes.
run a system file check
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc scannow (not the space between sfc and "."

So far have not found any bad RAM. Also the system file check came up clean and fine. All drivers are up to date including bios, Problem still happens if I remove RAM sets to drop it down to 4 Gigs. The only thing i see on the device manager is the"Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter" cannot start (Code 10). Problem happens with either the 1600 set or the 1333 mhz RAM set. System is not overclocked. The only BIOS setting I have changed is setting the RAM down to 800Mhz cause this kept it stable the longest (relative term since it crashes multiple times a day).

Ok so here is the deal as a follow up... ALL RAM was fine of both the 1600 set and the 1333 set. I found out after much researching that the ASUS motherboards would be sent out with BIOS chips that could not handle the heavy duty high powered CPUs, (look around neweggs remarks on that one) and to get it replaced one would have to purchase a new chip and get it shipped. Needless to say i didnt do that. Got a Gigabyte 790FXTA-UD5 and Raided the main drives to 0 with new SATA III drives and have been cruising nicely since
