0x0000007F Trend Micro / Win Update

Hi,

I'm equiped with Windows 7 Pro and Trend Micro Worry free business antivirus antispyware on 9 computers.
The last week and before no problem and today they are all BSOD 0x000000f7.
Windbg said tmcomm.sys

I have disable in msconfig all trend micro service and process.
And it works few minutes and BSOD 0x00000018.
Pls Help !

Also, disable services and process might not be sufficient, try to remove it to see if program goes away. Stop code 7F can be caused by 3rd party AV or firewall and no surprise that Trend Micro was blamed.
I have seen 2 or 3 BSOds these days caused by Tren maro antivirus

I'l try to uninstall Trend Micro but BSOD come again with error 0x00000018 and this is alway the file tmcomm.sys .
I have attached 2 dmp files.

I have temporary solve my problem :

- I have disable all services and process who refer Trend Micro in Msconfig.
- I have delete the Key tmcomm in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services
- I passed ccleaner

And BSOD will disapear.

Personally, I would not mess up with the registry since window 7 is new. Secondly, this is very straight forward, TrendMaro was the cause and it is your choice to live with it or not. If I were you, I would remove it for testing purpose my friend

I have solved my problem now, my vendor installed me trend micro WFBS 5.1 and this version is not supported by windows 7.
The Trend micro support explain me that this version is used only for windows xp.
So i have installed Worry free business security 6.0 SP3 and it work fine !
