how to solve blue screen error 0x0000008E !! can somebody help

With that error code and no DMP file I can but give the usual causes.

they are:

Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint in startup without having a debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, 3rd party remote control, Memory

Since memory is listed I would start by downloading an app called memtestx86, burn it to disk, then boot from it and run it for at least 7 passes.

If no errors are found ( I think there will be) we can go on from there

Hi -

All 4 mini kernel dumps had the same bugcheck -

0x8e (0xc000001d,,,) = Kernel mode exception; illegal program instruction, e.g., division by zero. Probable cause on each = default NT Kernel

MapleStory was running at the time of each BSOD. Maple Story has had its share of problems running in Windows 7.

You have an old version of Kaspersky Internet Security. It must go.

Remove KIS and update the drivers, see if Maple Story is still a problem child and see if BSODs persist.
