0x3E6 when installing 7 pro

I got the following error when installing Win7 pro 64, almost at beginning:

The file autorun.dll could not be loaded or is corrupt. Setup cannot continue. Error code is 0x3E6

I have the original Disc. Made a copy, same issue.
Few months ago, I had not this issue by installing.

Any idea?

DVD may be corrupt, can you try the dvd install on another computer just to see if it works there?

I discovered I have a DDR3 problem. I think I have to change my RAM
