0x80070057 error suring setup

I'm redoing a customer's machine and right after selecting the partition to install on I get a 0x80070057 error. I have reloaded bios defaults, low leveled the drive and am only trying to use a single large partition.

specs are

gigabyte ga-g31m-es2l mb
4 gb gskill ram
500 gb WD hdd

Its a profile issue. create a new profile and import the settings google it for more reading
