0xc0000001 with original installation disc

Dear all,

After successfull installation few months ago, and perfect operations, I had lately to decide to re-install everything following a tough virus issue.

My problem is, when booting from the original Win7 pro 64 installation disc, I get the following message:

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."


If you do not ......

File:\windows\system32\config\system
Status: 0xc0000001
Info: Windows failed to load because the system registry file is missing, or corrupt.


I cannot understand this message, because I am using the original installation disc.

Any idea how to solve in order I can install again?

PS: My HDD is already formated via 3rd party application.

OK, I solved that by reseting the Motherboard...
