0xc0000022 Error

When ever I try to start a video game called "SMITE" my laptop gives me the error. I have been able to play it long ago but I deleted it, but now that my friends want me to play it with them now I can't get back on. I can't pay for any pc fixes and im tired of downloading crap programs that scans my pc like its going to fix them all then tell me I need to pay and register it so can ya help me please.

Update your video and audio drivers. Try reinstalling the game.
