Hey guys,
So, I'm looking into adding a tv tuner to my pc so that I can "dvr" the tv shows that I like to watch. I don't have cable, so I would only be using this to watch / record "over the air" programming (the basic networks: nbc, abc, cbs, fox).
But I wanted to get some basics clarified here at sevenforums.

- Are there any cards that support 1080p broadcasts?
- Will I be able to record broadcasts in 1080p (or whatever the max res is for live tv)?
- What are the recommended cards?
- Is there anything (particular specs) I need to be keeping in mind while shopping?
