Catching them is up to the authorities not MS.

Someone calls pretending to work for a company and makes people believe the user has issues on the PC and tells them it can be fixed for a fee.

Do not ever give personal information to any company you did initiate the process with. No reputable company would ever randomly call you asking for such information. Although, I must say if you get another one, feel free to troll :devil:. That is what I would do.
