Solved 1st BSOD then Windows 7 freezes after random time (30 min to 1 hour)

I first experiment a BSOD as computer freezes. Windows rebooted automatically and then it enters a dialog to re-install Windows 7 automatically, no devices detected.
I reboot again and then everything works fine but after random period of time windows completely freezes ( like main browser, either Firefox or chrome appears out of response). If none of these are open, the File Explorer freezes one time but mainly freezes on explorer applications.

While this happens, i can still move mouse wherever i want, however no click works nor Ctrl+Alt+Del. I think no specific program cause this because in the afternoon i felt asleep and when i wake up, computer was with black screen freezing.

Run Memory Test and Chkdsk tests, everything is fine. Sfc reports corrupted system files but i don't think it's relevant as a quick google search has reported it as a false positive, it's the following :

Main Things I changed in my system.

- I tweek my SSD hardware w a guide like 4-5 days ago. No problem with that afterwards
- Windows update ran 24 hours ago. Since then i always have like 2 updates pending. After updating successfully, Windows still recommend an update.
- There are many PostgresSQL errors but they don't match with freezing times in the event logs.

That's all i can think for now.

This is an NVidia GPU issue.

Not sure what the cause is.
Hardware or Software.

Thanks for quick answer.. gonna update driver since it's pretty outdated and see if it fixes anything

Updating NVIDIA driver didn't help.

I dont't know if this is related, but the 2 new windows updates

keep appearing as uninstalled after rebooting despite showing "successfully installed" before reboot.

Update

I did a Win7 Fresh Clean Install, but still have the same problem.
There is no BOSD at all, just random freezes after an hour or so.

I tried to install an older driver for Nvidia , still same problem.
It's interesting to notice that the last time it froze, i leave the computer on while i sleep and an avi file in pause. When i resume, mouse was non responsive however i get to play the avi file w keyboard. The file would play but any other applications i tried to open would quickly freeze.

I update BIOS but don't see any change either.

Right now i'm testing to run the computer in Safe Mode. It looks fine so far after ~1h use or so. If Windows 7 keeps going like that and doesn't freeze in Win 7 , is it a proof that it's a driver issue?

UPDATE 2 : Windows froze in Safe Mode. Before freezing, Chrome mentioned a problem with Shockwave Flash crashing . The behavior was almost the same as in Normal mode but the freezing was slower, for example i had more time to access applicatons or write things in the startup menu.. after a while, all applications would completely froze as usual.

Solved... Problem was Crucial SSD m4 who has a known bug of freezing every hour after 5000 hr of use. Solved updating new firmware... Still the new firmware makes my ssd extremely slow but i guess this is material for another thread
