Lights or no lights, I'm am amazed how the sheep are controlled by the dogs to make all those formations.
The dogs seem to be very happy doing what they do.
The LED's are a plus.

re: dogs and farms - when I was younger, I once had a summer job spud picking in Yorkshire. I got chatting to the old farmer, during a break, about the amazing machines he now had to help with the work.

The dour northerner was less impressed - he said 'years ago, I could run this farm with a dog and a stick'.
