STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#top

Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

Yes, the stop code of both minidump files are the same as I quoted above.

I can see that you are using Eset Nod32 right? Please remove it for testing. Third party software security are known for causing BSODs.

To resolve an error caused by a faulty device driver, system service, or BIOS

  • Restart your computer.
  • Press F8 at the character-based menu that displays the operating system choices.
  • Select the Last Known Good Configuration option from the Windows Advanced Options menu. This option is most effective when only one driver or service is added at a time
Code:
BugCheck A, {fffffa7f9fffffe0, 2, 1, fffff80002abe209}

I have seen this before. Reboot and go into safe mode. Open Device Manager and disable the sound card driver. Then reboot your machine and find the NEWEST driver for your sound card that matches your OS (Don't forget you want the 64-bit Driver). Unpack it and update the audio driver. See if that fixes it.
