Hello,
I am having some problems with two different blue screens at seemingly random times such as gaming, surfing the web, restarting the computer and even at the login screen. This is a computer I built myself about 4 years ago and I just recently updated from a 32 bit XP to 64 bit Windows 7 and updated PSU, ram and put a SSD in at the same time. No overclocking is being performed on this system. I still have XP on the old hard drive and I have loaded off that and have no issues. This is the fourth time I have done a clean install of Windows 7 with the same problems each time. Things I have tried so far:

Memtest86+: ran for ~6 hours with no errors
Prime95: blue screened after 30mins
Driver Verifier: same issues with and without running

I fear that it is a corrupt core on the CPU, but I would like to exhaust any other possibilities before i go down that route.
Thank you.

P.S.

Setup is:
Windows 7 Pro 64bit
AMD 9850 Black Edition Quad Core
Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe Wireless
Sapphire HD Radeon 6850GT
Creative Sound Blaster Audigy ES
Crucial M4 128gig SSD
