windows 7 ultimate
intel core i5-2400
4gb ram
64bit OS

1st day, everything's fine and only installed 3 games.

2nd day, no specific error but after windows loaded what i see on the login page is black screen with a cursor [typed my password despite that and able to login] and all i see is my desktop wall paper.

3rd day, reinstalled windows 7 and after 5-7 hours had the same problem. Now i'm running on safe mode trying to solve this problem

on my device manager under other device, there's yellow triangle with exclamation sign in it on; Ethernet controller, PCI simple communication controller, SM bus controller and USB controller. Maybe my problem is caused by that? How can i solve this? I did abit research myself and found out maybe caused by registry related stuff how can i solve this?

Sorry about the question i'm a noob at computer stuff lol :zip:

Take it back to the store and get them to fix it or get a refund - if you keep it, I'd recommend taking out technical support if you are not too PC savvy.

The reason I suggested taking it back to the dealer is, quite simply, if you buy a new computer it should works perfectly out the box as it was designed to do. However if you are installing games that cause the problems you have described you really need to look at are they compatible with the PC because, if they are, why are they causing these problems in the first place ? My suggestion is to save any personal data then completely take it back to factory settings then install each game one at a time to assess which one, if any of them, are actually to blame for your problems.

Does your new PC have a sticker somewhere called "Certificate of Authenticity"?

Did you get a Windows 7 installation disc from the builder? If so, EXACTLY what does it say on that disc?
