2 different networks show up when starting system causing no internet.
Hello, I am new here...
I have been trying to figure out this problem for some time and got nowhere which has led me to come here to see if anyone knows what is causing this problem. To be clear, this problem causes my internet icon in the notification area to show a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it and when I hover my cursor above it, it shows "Limited or no connectivity" or something similar to that. When I disable the LAN port, then re-enable it, it comes back on without aforementioned yellow triangle and with internet. I just don't understand what could be causing this. I am only on one network - my own and there is no other network here. I have taken a screenshot which I hope explains this issue...
This does not happen every time, it sometimes starts without issue, but this happens more than it does not.
I hope that someone know what could be causing this and points me in the right direction to resolve this problem once and for all. To be clear, "Home network" at the top is my own network that I am connected to, the other is one I don't know about.

The only differncein the 2 is whenits not working you get the right ip subnet but you get 2 gateways one is corrrect the other is 0.0.0.0 which is giving the problem is there another dhcp server like a modem that can be doing this.
As a fix you can set a fixed ip
ip 192.168.0.15
subnet 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.0.1
dns 208.67.220.220 & 208.67.222.222
Computer type PC/Desktop OS win 8 32 bit
