2 network problem

Due to v slow bb speed we have a bt service and also a EE mobile BB service.
To change between the 2 we change 3 cables from one router to the other. (The 2 pcs are wired from the routers, other cable is network printer
On BT the network is 4. On EE it is 3.
The settings appear identical on each network.
Shareing files etc works fine on network 4. Main job is a database
On 3 it does not connect to the database. Clicking on the PC in network explorer it requests a password to proceed.
Brosdband works fine on both connections
Any thoughts on what is going on

Welcome to the forum. Do both routers have the same ip and subnet is the problem with wireless connection or lan.

Problem is on Lan
Landline router range is 192.168.1. from 64 to 253
EE router 192.168.1.from 20 to 254
