Okay My Toshiba Satellite computer came with Vista home premium. So a year later when they released windows 7, I actually had the chance to really use it.

Haha....So i downloaded Win 7 home premium with the 30 day trial. I was about to buy a full upgrade license when a friend of mine sold me a version of his Windows 7 Ultimate. Well i installed it on a separate partition because i didn't want to have to reinstall everything. Now all of my programs and files on are the original C: drive. Is there anyway i can merge them? I am running both versions when i boot up. Any suggestions? Thanks

You can not technically merge them together being they are on separate partitions. What you can do is by uninstalling windows 7 fully, you can reinstall it over your vista and still be able to keep all your files and programs as they will be moved over in the installation process.

The link below will support you in the upgrade process of Windows Vista to Windows 7.
