24" HD LED LCD Display

Anyways, I'm going to be purchasing a new monitor for Christmas, hopefully from a Black Friday sale.

I want to spend + or - $50 of $300 on it, and I want it to be HD, LED, and preferably 5ms response time or less.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm particular to the LG one right now.
